LAKE COUNTY — The Lake County Record-Bee is in the process of putting together the All-Lake County football and All-County volleyball teams for the recently completed 2018 season.
The All-County football team, which includes the best talent from Lake County’s 11-man and eight-man squads, consists of a first-team offense and defense and a coach of the year. The All-County volleyball team features first and second teams. Players honored on both the All-County football and volleyball teams are selected by the Record-Bee, which takes into account several factors, including input from county coaches and All-League results as determined by a vote of league coaches.
The All-County football team will be released next week. The All-County volleyball team will be released in early January after members attend a team photo shoot.
Kelseyville’s varsity football and volleyball teams won North Central League I championships this season while Middletown’s varsity football team claimed the North Coast Section Division V crown.
