
CLEARLAKE— On December 10, 2018, Clearlake Police Department detectives and officers, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation parole officers and Lake County Probation officers conducted a special enforcement sweep in the City of Clearlake focused on sex offenders and high risk offenders.
During the special enforcement sweep Sunny Mcclain (46), Toni Williams (41), Anthony Congleton (22), William Cramer (35), Naomi Mallinen (59), Paul Uc (27), Clifford Cutrell (48), Misty Mccuan (37), Ivan Rodriguez (26), Marcus Kirk (44), Danny Miller (26), Franklin Rockwell (20), and Justin Shipley (25) were arrested for numerous different violations and booked into the Lake County Jail. Some of the individuals were cited from the Clearlake Police Department temporary holding facility.
Illegal cultivation of marijuana leads to arrest
According to information made public by Law enforcement officials, a Clearlake police officer additionally executed a search warrant regarding an ongoing investigation at the 3300 block of 14th Street in the City of Clearlake. While Clearlake Police Officer’s were looking for evidence pursuant to the search warrant, they located approximately 41 one pound vacuum sealed bags of processed marijuana. Indicia, chemicals and materials associated with the illegal cultivation and sales of marijuana were also located and seized. Isabel Beltran, 42, was taken into custody in relation with the investigation.
