CLEARLAKE — In a bid to adorn their businesses with the most festive holiday accoutrements, business owners around the city entered into the 2018 holiday decorating contest, “Deck the Walls,” organized by the Clear Lake Chamber of Commerce. Hair by Angel, a Clearlake local business, was named winner. The salon and its gladdest of tidings are located at 14656 Lakeshore drive almost directly across from Red Bud Park. Coming in second and third place were People Services and Harts Treasures Within, who were only separated by one point. People Services is located at 14560 Lakeshore drive and Harts Treasures Within is located on 14380 Olympic Drive. “Come visit Clearlake and check out our holiday spirit!” said City Manager Greg Folsom.
