Snow still coated Shaul Valley beneath Mt. Konocti Tuesday morning in the Kelseyville area after the first snowstorm of the season. Monday’s snowfall, according to National Weather Service forecasters in Sacramento, was just a light dusting in North Lakeport at around 1,355 feet in elevation. Meanwhile, Cobb Mountain accumulated several inches.
