The Super Worm Moon rises high in the skies during the vernal equinox. According to the Farmer’s Almanac, the first full moon of March is dubbed, the Worm Moon, because as the temperature begins to warm and the ground begins to thaw, earthworms beginÊto reappear, marking the return of the robins.
