KELSEYVILLE — The Kelseyville Knights defeated the Clear Lake Cardinals 4-1 in Coastal Mountain Conference tennis action on Tuesday in Kelseyville, winning all three singles matches and splitting the two doubles matches.
Justin Perez defeated Bobby Lasher 6-1, 6-3 in first singles, Bodhi Baird beat Stacy Partridge 6-1, 6-4 in second singles, and Allison Bryant defeated Ian Sammel 7-6 (7-2), 2-6, 6-2 in third singles.
The Knights also picked up a win in first doubles where Dylan Vargas and Connor Molloy beat Trinity Ingersoll and Dylan Bennett 6-2, 6-1.
Clear Lake’s lone win came in second doubles where Rosa Ruiz and Quinn Wynacht defeated Kian Naamipouran and Hanna Scully 4-6, 7-5, 10-6 (a 10-point tiebreaker was played in lieu of a third set).
