LOWER LAKE— Although it was a pretty wet day Saturday, neither cold weather nor rain prevented the members of the Rotary Club of Clearlake and a group of dedicated volunteers, including staff and students from Lower Lake High School, from their stated mission of conducting a spring cleanup at Lower Lake Cemetery.
