CLEARLAKE OAKS— The community is invited to attend a briefing about the PG&E Public Safety Power Shutoff plans. Hosted by the Clearlake Oaks-Glenhaven Business Association, the meeting is on Aug. 22, 2019 at 6 pm at the Live Oak Senior Center located on 12502 Foothill Blvd, Clearlake Oaks.
The purpose of the meeting is to offer the residents of Spring Valley, Clearlake Oaks, Glenhaven and nearby communities an opportunity to receive the latest information available on the status of the PG&E fire prevention program and related issues.
Lake County Sheriff Brian Martin, North Shore Fire Chief Mike Ciancio and a PG&E representative will provide information and answer questions.
According to information on the PG&E website, if you live anywhere in the PG&E’s service area your electricity could be shut off for long periods.
