LAKEPORT — Carnival employees worked through 100 degree heat to set up the Sea Dragon ride at the Lake County Fair midway in Lakeport on Tuesday. Livestock and more was scheduled to arrive Wednesday. Hot dogs, elephant ears and cotton candy waited inside vendor booths. Fair CEO Courtney Conkle said there will be “lots of new stuff to see and do” this year, including the fair’s first-ever live sea lion show. For more fair information visit www.lakecountyfair.com.
