SANTA ROSA — Upper Lake defeated Roseland Collegiate Prep 25-16, 25-15, 25-15 in North Central League II varsity volleyball action Friday night in Santa Rosa.
Seneca Snow led the Cougars with nine kills and Alana Sanchez added seven kills. Nathaly Velasco served up nine aces in the victory.
The Cougars return to action Thursday at Calistoga with junior varsity action starting at 5 p.m.
