Middletown High School cross country runners Giana Tyrrell and Javier Perez are both on a mission Saturday when they compete along with their teammates at the North Coast Section Championships in Hayward. The Middletown girls need a top-six team finish and the Middletown boys a top-five finish to qualify for the CIF State Championships on Nov. 30 in Fresno.
