NICE—Organized by firefighter Joel Cecil, Santa Claus arrived to delight children and their parents at the first ever Christmas toy giveaway this past weekend held at the Nice Fire Department Station No. 85. Organizers hope to make it an annual seasonal event for the community to enjoy.
