Starting with the weekend of January 18, it was another hectic news week highlighted locally by a visit from U.S. Congressman Mike Thompson to Lake County who stopped by for “meet and greets” with local constituents in Middletown and Kelseyville. The offices of the Record-Bee moved from its old location to 101 N. Main Street in downtown Lakeport where the staff continues the paper’s 146th year of operation. Also in local news, Lakeport residents joined with hundreds of protesters for the 4th annual Woman’s March in the downtown area on Saturday January 18. The accompanying photos convey this week’s visual stories.
