LAKEPORT — Siblings Travis and Sydney Howe of the Clear Lake High School varsity boys and girls basketball teams each earned All-North Central League I first-team honors this season for the Cardinals. Travis, a senior, played what turned out to be his final high school game Thursday night as Clear Lake dropped a 79-42 decision to No. 2 seed Lincoln High School in the NorCal Division 4 quarterfinals in San Francisco. Sydney, a sophomore, helped the Clear Lake girls reach the North Coast Section Division 5 playoffs.
