May 23

10:06 a.m.: Two callers reported a shirtless white man with blue jeans walked into the roadway on Highway 53 and 18th Avenue at Clearlake. There, he was yelling at people and slapping cars.

15:15 p.m.: A caller alleged his landlord was trying to evict him despite “nothing written up and no court orders.” In addition, the landlord reportedly had a tow truck on the way to take away the tenant’s trailer. The reported incident occurred on Trombettas Resort on Old Highway 53 in Clearlake.

17:27 p.m.: A white man wearing a brown shirt with black shorts reportedly sat by the bus stop at Adventist Health Clearlake on 18th Avenue for over eight hours and refused to leave. The caller requested police to remove him from the property.

18:06 p.m.: A man reported to the Clearlake Police Department that he found a debit card in a park bathroom.

18:13 p.m.: A grey Mitsubishi Eclipse reportedly smashed in another vehicle’s left side fender without leaving any information. Footage of the incident, which reportedly occurred outside Foods Etc. on Lakeshore Drive, was captured by the store. The reporter of the alleged incident said she was inside the store shopping.

19:03 p.m.: A fire was reported at 29th Avenue and Eureka Avenue in Clearlake. The fire was described as a “structure fire” and “spreading to brush.”

19:07 p.m.: A stolen vehicle was spotted at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Lakeshore Drive. The caller said his friend informed him of the vehicle’s whereabouts. The report regarding the vehicle, which was stolen on April 1st, was taken by the California Highway Patrol.

20:26 p.m.: A woman reported the father of her daughter, who has no custody, has been “casing” their home in Clearlake. The father allegedly has been driving by in a brown SUV, watching the child in the yard. The father has allegedly made past threats to kill the mother.

20:58 p.m.: An incident of alleged domestic violence occurred in Clearlake, where a man reportedly threw a woman against the wall. The caller, who said she heard the violence, said she could hear yelling as well.

May 24

02:30 a.m.: In Clearlake, a woman reported that while she left town for a week, “transients” set up camp at her property. She requested an officer to survey the area “to make sure no one returns to camp.”

04:30 a.m.: An arrest was made in Clearlake after a man reportedly threw things at his wife. Additionally, he allegedly threatened his wife and step-daughter.
