The Cardinals, both junior varsity and varsity players, meet most evenings at the high school to condition and run a series of drills. COVID-19 protocols prevent them from doing full-scale drills, which were well underway this time last year before the coronavirus pandemic broke out. The 2020 season officially opens Dec. 14 with game play starting in early January unless there are further COVID-19-related setbacks.
