With the start of the 2020-21 season delayed until early in 2021 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Cardinals have a long way to go before the official start of practice, but according to new Clear Lake varsity head coach Mike Damiata, “They want to be out here even though we can’t do very much right now (because of COVID-19 protocols).” Players did a good job of social distancing and there was no sharing of basketballs.
