LAKEPORT— This year Samara Strickler, one of two Lake County Fair Foundation Scholarship Winners received $250. The check is being given out by Foundation president , Jeff Warrenburg and Foundation Secretary, Debbie Strickler, who happens to be Samara’s Grandmother.
