LAKEPORT— A number of items were raffled off and prizes were awarded Saturday with all proceeds going towards Operation Tango Mike during a fundraiser at Linda’s Gift Gallery and Hallmark in Lakeport which hosted an event benefitting the nonprofit. All COVID-19 precautions were followed. According to Ginny Craven, a dedicated group of regular “party packers” have been working hard to maintain the continuing effort to ship monthly care packages to deployed military personnel despite the obstacles created by the pandemic.
