April 21:
8:34 a.m.: Reporting party’s car windshield was broken with a rock.
9:25 a.m.: At Coastal Mountain Electric, items were stolen from a storage building on the property.
4:18 p.m.: Caller says there is a burglary in progress. He saw a male with a a gray face mask, climb through the bedroom window of his neighbor’s house.
4:27 p.m.: A vehicle ran into the reporting party’s fence. The owners of the vehicle said they would be back, but fled the scene and never returned.
6:16 p.m.: Reporting party states that there is someone living in a motor home behind his house and he believes the person is dead. They haven’t seen him in a week and are reporting a foul smell.
April 22:
8:53 a.m.: Caller reports that her neighbor keeps damaging her fence. Earlier that morning, caller reports that the neighbor was shaking the fence and said “it’s on” while threatening her.
10:58 a.m.: A neighbor and her husband threatened the reporting party with murder while throwing feces at her apartment.
4:04 p.m.: Caller says he was using a device to smoke marijuana wax at the park and when he set it down someone stuck their “poopy finger” in his marijuana. He said he continued to smoke the marijuana and wants the call documented in case he gets any “adverse side affects.”
5:33 p.m.: Reporting party claims that her son is missing. He went to walk the dog at 3:30 p.m. and usually only takes 20 minutes, but is still not back. Caller says she and and her husband looked for him and can’t find him.
