6:09 a.m.: Reporting party says when he woke up his 11-year-old daughter was missing from the residence and that there was no sign of burglary.

7:39 a.m.: Occurring on W 40th, Caller’s daughter invited a male subject into the residence. Reporting party told the male to leave because he doesn’t want him in his house due to Covid-19. The male refused to leave and threatened the father.

10:51 a.m.: Reporting party requested a welfare check for their neighbor. The caller is attempting to have food delivered, but the neighbor behind his residence has been chasing people away with a knife. Caller is worried that the neighbor and their 14 dogs will pose a threat to the delivery driver.

11:31 a.m.: Caller requested a welfare check on their father. The father has health issues and the caregiver is refusing to let any family talk to him. Second hand information has led the caller to believe the caregiver has a life insurance policy on the father and that his life is in danger. Reporting party also states that the caregiver leaves the father alone and does not care for him.

2:25 p.m.: Occurring at Lakeside Mobile Park on Old Highway 53, a female subject attempted to run over three people. She also drove through one subject’s yard and hit another vehicle with a blue/ green older model Jetta with broken windows.
