9:06 a.m.: A caller requested to talk to an officer because her husband has been verbally abusive towards her and she is afraid for his mental state. The caller talked to a mental health specialist and the local hospital who both advised her to call the police.

12:03 p.m.: Reporting party from Golden State Water said there were dogs in distress on Woodland Dr. Usually the dog is lively and meets him at the gate, but instead he was laying in the yard and the caller has not seen him with water in over a month. The reporting party believes he is abandoned.

12:05 p.m.: A caller states that her former fiance was hitting her with a shopping cart in Dollar Tree last week while screaming at her in front of her children. He also sent her threats via email and she had to change her number. The caller is sending her children away because she fears for their safety.

3:42 p.m.: Someone dumped two large bins that have something rotting in them at Country Club Dr. and 15th. One was a large plastic bag and the other bag was separate with multiple plastic bags inside. The reporting party said there were foul smells coming from the area and multiple vultures near by. The caller was too afraid to open the bags when she walked by.

5:59 p.m.: A caller reported that her neighbor is tracking her and blocking her internet access. She also claims that he was taking control of her phone calls, disabling her ability to make or accept any calls. The caller alleges that her neighbor has been incarcerated in the past for cyber theft. She plans to get a restraining order, but wants to talk to the police first.

7:43 p.m.:  There were four dogs in the area possibly attacking a woman. The caller can hear a woman yelling, but she can’t see anything. The dogs were in the area all day.

10:56 p.m.: An older grey vehicle went off the road into a ditch across from the old waterpark on the highway. The reporting party saw the accident happen and reported that the passengers were okay, but were fleeing the seen on foot.
