KELSEYVILLE — The 55th annual Northern California Racing Association awards banquet honoring the top Lakeport Speedway drivers from the 2020 season was held Saturday night at the Kelseyville Lions Clubhouse in Kelseyville.

NCRA president Dan Camacho and track manager Blair Aiken served as the masters of ceremonies. Guest speaker was NCRA lifetime member and many-time Lakeport Speedway champion Bob Strauss, who talked about the birth of NCRA in 1966 and followed its history through current times.

Champions

The 2020 NCRA-Lakeport Speedway modified championship went to Mike Sullivan of Kelseyville, who set three fast times, won one trophy dash, two heat races and two main events.

Her brother, Trey Daniels, accepted the award for Kylie.
