LOWER LAKE— On Wednesday night the 36 graduating seniors at WC Carle High School in Lower Lake celebrated the big day in front of family and friends at a socially distanced ceremony at Lower Lake High School. Ariel Lopez, David Parnell and Way La Brown where speakers at the event. La Brown was Carle’s Student of the Year and was also nominated for “Stars of Lake County” as student of the year.
