LOWER LAKE >> On Thursday night, 25 graduating seniors from were honored in front of family members and their peers during the Konocti Education Center’s graduation ceremony at Lower Lake High School. Eight of them were from the Richard H. Lewis Alternative School. Although 30 students were to get their diploma, five of them decided not to attend the Commencement.
