9:18 a.m.: A caller reported receiving threatening messages. The subject stated that the reporting party’s mother needed to stop talking to the subjects father or else something bad would happen.
10:04 a.m.: A previous employee of the school was reportedly having some possible mental issues, but has not made any official threats to the school. The reporting party requested that the incident be documented. The previous employee was allegedly testing other employees and telling people that she was in charge of the school and tried to tell them what they should be doing. The woman is staying at the travel lodge.
10:36 a.m.: An employee from the Lake County Office of Education reported a subject on the property causing a disturbance and who had previously been admonished from the property three times by the school. The subject made threats to “take over the campus.”
11:37 a.m.: A woman reported her wallet stolen at Walmart. The woman felt a hand in her purse and then saw an unknown subject walking away, but she did not see her wallet in their hand. The store has video, but will only release it to law enforcement. The reporting party requested to meet an officer in front of the store.
3:57 p.m.: A reporting party was arguing with a subject’s brother over money. The subject broke the lock on the front door, broke the reporting party’s windshield and broke the reporting party’s phone with a tire iron. The subject threatened to come back and take her children and harm her if she called the police.
8:56 p.m.: A caller reported a possible overdose behind Safeway. A white woman, wearing a blue flower dress, came in the store and asked if anyone had a narcan pen and then left behind the Safeway. The reporting party did not see anything behind Safeway.
11:05 p.m.: A female and child were heard screaming. The reporting party could not see anything, but she thinks the screaming is coming from a house across the street.

12:27 a.m.: A reporting party can hear a man yelling, from a yellow house, for someone to get out. The caller said it is an ongoing issue and does not want the neighbor to know she called.
2:56 a.m.: A black man wearing a white or yellow shirt and blue jeans was sitting in the middle of the road. The report party said he almost hit him with his vehicle.
