6:54 a.m.: A man in a wheel chair was reported slumped over in the Safeway parking lot. He was wearing a blue baseball cap and a black jacket with his shirt pulled half way up and his pants pulled half way down.

9:24 a.m.: The reporting party’s ex wife lives with her current boyfriend. She said she is afraid to go home because of her boyfriend’s anger issues. She also stated his children can’t go home because the boyfriend stated his ex cannot go and file for a restraining order or eviction because she goes to school.

9:25 a.m.: A reporting party called the crisis line stating he needs a shuttle and if he did not get a shuttle he would come down to the facility and there “was going to be a blood bath” the reporting party’s department is concerned for subject’s safety and the safety of others.

10:44 a.m.: A woman claimed to be an IHSS worker and took $6,000 from the reporting party. The party contacted IHSS and they stated that they had no record of the instance. The reporting party requested to speak to an officer.

12:57 p.m.: A neighbor threatened to shoot all of the cats in the area. The subject then threatened to murder the reporting party and any police officers. The reporting party asked to speak to an officer because the instance occurred a few days prior.

1:26 p.m.: A reporting party requested a welfare check on their daughter. The reporting party and family members have not heard from her in several days.

2:42 p.m.: A man in a purple Pontiac was reported nodding off behind the steering wheel. The man is parked in the running vehicle in front of the Dollar Tree.

4:53 p.m.: A woman was reported yelling for someone to call 911 because her dog was allegedly being murdered. The reporting party stated that she did not see anyone harming a dog and did not hear any dog crying.

8:15 p.m.: A gold Chevy truck was reported pulling a trailer full of marijuana with a blue tarp on it, with a spray painted dark grey, older Honda Civic following behind it. The reporting party thinks he knows who the man driving the truck is and says his brother is driving the Honda.

July 15

12:12 p.m.: A reporting party stated he was illegally locked out by a subject who tried to kidnap the his daughter. The reporting party lives in a trailer on a property that the subject also rents. The subject does not have the daughter. The reporting party’s cousin stated that she gave the reporting party a ride home and he fled when he saw the subject. The reporting party left his daughter behind with the cousin. The cousin stated that the subject then tried to open the car door and take the girl out of the vehicle. The cousin left the scene without the reporting party and was then texted by the subject to drop the daughter off with him.

3:43 p.m.: A woman reported her dog was taken in January. She then saw a man with her dog at her work, Foods Etc. The man is refusing to give the dog back and is driving a silver Nissan convertible.

6:36 p.m.: Occurred at Adventist Family Health on Lakeshore Dr. . An elderly man was reported laying on his side at the bus stop near Adventist Family Health. His walker is laying on the ground beside him and it looks like he may have fallen over.

11:10 p.m.: A woman reported that her dog would not stop barking at someone in the gulley by her home. The woman announced that it was private property and then heard a loud pop. She can not see anyone or any lights.

July 16

12:07 a.m.: A woman reported her son missing. He is 1-year-old wearing an orange Nike tank top and a diaper. He was last seen 15 minutes prior in a laundry room with the reporting party.

9:57 a.m.: A reporting party said she could hear a juvenile screaming and thinks that he is being beaten. The reporting party is worried that the father is abusing him, but she can only hear him and can’t see him.

2:34 p.m.: A text message to 911 said, “hello” and then stated, “My mom is trying to take me out of state and I dont feel safe with her.” The subject said she was on 36th Ave. and that she was hiding from her mom who was under the influence of drugs. The reporting party is a 12-year-old girl living in a trailer in the back of the property.

7:24 p.m.: A reporting party stated that she thinks her daughter is being molested by her brother and his mother. She reported to CHP that they are doing drugs and molesting her daughter. She then requested a welfare check.

July 17

4:43 a.m.: A man was reported screaming ‘help’ near the bridge. The reported partying was unable to see what the man was wearing or what he looked like. She thinks he may be under the bridge, but isn’t sure.

12:36 p.m.: A man called stating, “I just wanted to let you know at Austin Park someone is going to get stabbed.” He then disconnected.
