Incident logs for this week provided by the Clearlake Police Department

Sept. 18

1:31 a.m.: A reporting party called on behalf of her friend who texted her to have the police come to her house. The woman is on the porch of her residence hiding because she believes the subject who assaulted her is inside of her house.

1:42 a.m.: A reporting party stated that a man is beating up his daughter. The man is white with a plaid shirt. The man is in the bedroom and both parties are under the influence.

4:42 a.m.: A woman reported that she woke up from her sleep to a man screaming. The man is possibly on the side of the residence, but the reporting party is unsure.

9:07 a.m.: A man reported his neighbor from a vacant lot across the street who repeatedly throws frisbees into his yard and breaking items. The reporting party tried to talk to him and the neighbor is now sending frisbees with notes on them harassing the reporting party. The reporting party would like to speak with an officer.

10:42 a.m.: A reporting party said that he have not seen his neighbor in a few days and his truck has not moved. The neighbor’s dog is now loose and the neighbor is not answering the door. There are also flies in the front window, but the reporting party does not know if that is related.

11:08 a.m.: Two men wearing gloves and a bullet proof vest with a full neck face mask were sitting in a black Dodge Durango outside of Speedway. The reporting party stated that they appeared suspicious and would like an officer to check on the store.

12:16 p.m.: A Spanish speaking woman reported her 15-year-old daughter missing. The reporting party thought that she was at a friend’s house, but she is not there. The woman knows of two other possible places she could be.

12:56 p.m.: A woman came into the Clearlake Police Department and followed up on her assault reported last Tuesday. The assailant made bail and told the reporting party’s friend that he would pay her money to get information of where the reporting party was living.

Sept 19

3:33 a.m.: A man in a room at El Grande is yelling for help. The reporting party can not get into the room because the door is locked and will not open. The reporting party stated that the man has been yelling for a while.

9:22 a.m.: A man messaged the reporting party and his mother via Facebook, threatening to assault the reporting party and vandalize the reporting party’s residence. The man is accusing the reporting party of stealing his PS4.

1:43 p.m.: There were six subjects reported inside of a residence. The reporting party advised that the subject broke into the the residence about two months ago and are now refusing to leave. The reporting party is at the address and could not provide any names for the subjects.

11:55 p.m.: A reporting party called to advise that there was a man in his hallway, but he is gone now. The reporting party thinks there is a secret door to the floor of his residence, leading under the house and that the man is hiding there. The reporting party has a history of calling about similar incidents.

Sept 20

2:33 a.m.: A woman called crying on the phone telling someone in the background that they needed to leave and then hung up. On call back, the woman said she was having problems with her boyfriend, who is on parole, but would not give the address she was at and hung up. The phone number has a recent history at the found address.
