Incident logs for this week provided by the Clearlake Police Department
Nov. 8
7:04 a.m.: A caller reported a water main break at their address and the water company did not answer the phone upon calling.
9:32 a.m.: A reporting party with UC San Francisco requested that a party be checked on. The caller advised that the woman had some medical procedures that she missed and has not answered calls and her voicemail box is full. They have been trying to reach the woman since September.
9:38 a.m.: A man outside of Burns Valley Mall was in the bushes at cabos under a tree by the middle entrance screaming and rolling around.
9:43 a.m.: A reporting party found a cat with two wounds on it sides that smelled really bad. The cat was still alive when found. The reporting party called animal control and they referred her to the police department to get the animal picked up.
3:08 p.m.: A reporting party called to report a man who had called the reporting party and said that he wasn’t sure if he was going to hurt himself or someone else. The man is possibly off of his medication. He also threatened suicide by cop.
9:29 p.m.: A customer at Walmart requested police because an unknown man put a dog in his car and now he can’t get back into his car.
Nov. 9
2:31 a.m.: An employee at Adventist Health Clearlake reported that a patient was discharged from the ER and is now outside of the ER doors causing a disturbance, refusing to leave.
