Ethan Maize of the Clear Lake High School varsity boys basketball team received the Ryan Mayer Most Valuable Player award Saturday evening at the conclusion of the third annual Paul Larrea Memorial Tournament at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport. Presenting the award were Sandy and Bob Mayer, parents of the late Clear Lake High School star who the award is named after.
