Drake Smart of the Clear Lake High School varsity boys basketball team was the recipient of the Paul Larrea Inspirational Award on Saturday as the third annual Larrea Memorial Tournament wrapped up its two-day run in Lakeport. Larrea was a longtime coach, counselor and drama instructor at Clear Lake High School. He passed away in 2017. Presenting the award to Smart were Ann Larrea and Mary Ann Larrea.
