It’s beginning to look a lot like … a lot like … spring? Yep. Well, we’re still in winter and Mother Nature had the last laugh Tuesday as snow fell throughout much of Lake County, a pleasant surprise for high school baseball and softball teams practicing and, in the case of the Upper Lake and Clear Lake softball teams, scrimmaging at Upper Lake High Schol. A handful of the county’s baseball and softball teams are in action this week, beginning with Upper Lake baseball against Anderson Valley in Boonville on Wednesday. Stay tuned.
