ARBUCKLE — Gene Holdenried went 4-for-4 and Trey Broyles worked three innings in relief to notch the pitching win as the Kelseyville High School junior varsity baseball team beat Pierce High School 11-9 in eight innings in non-league action April 22 at Arbuckle.
Alex Cabrera went 3-for-3 and Broyles 3-for-4 for the Knights. Cabrera, Broyles and Marco Cortez (2-for-4) all had doubles.
Landon Johnson pitched the first five innings for Kelseyville.
