LAKEPORT — Behind the pitching of Atiana Patino, the Terrace Middle School softball team took care of business Saturday afternoon with a a 16-6 win over Konocti in Lakeport.
Irianna Milano went 2-for-2 with two doubles and scored twice for Konocti (7-7) while Jamiya Ayers hit a three-run, inside-the-park home run.
The win capped a busy week for Terrace, which tied Upper Lake 10-10 in Friday action at Lakeport. Terrace also won road games Thursday at Middletown and Wednesday at Lucerne. Faith McIntire hit a home run against Upper Lake and went deep twice in the 15-5 win over Middletown. Leyla Marcks added a triple in that game as well. In a 20-2 win over Lucerne, Marcks hit a two-run home run.
Konocti closed out its regular-season schedule Monday at home against Mountain Vista Middle School of Kelseyville.
