Clear Lake High School senior Hailee Bussard recently signed her letter of intent to attend San Diego Christian College where she will continue her education and softball career with the Hawks. The starting catcher for Clear Lake, Bussard, a four-year varsity veteran, was recruited by the Hawks last December to play catcher as well as first base and third base. San Diego Christian is a member of the NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics). Bussard graduates May 27 from Clear Lake at the top of her class and will major in psychology at San Diego Christian.
