Talk about a room with a view. A handful of kayakers make their way out onto Clear Lake from the Library Park area in Lakeport late last week with Mount Konocti as their backdrop. Expect another hot one Thursday as temperatures approach the century mark. Things should cool off a bit Friday and into the weekend with low-90s forecast for the next five days, according to the National Weather Service.
