The second in a series of commemorative pins honoring Middletown High School varsity football head coach Bill Foltmer’s 300th career victory has arrived. Foltmer, Middletown’s head coach since the 1985 season, finished the 2022 campaign with 301 wins. He’ll return next year — his 39th at the school — to add to that total. (Photo by Brian Sumpter)
