HEALDSBURG — Dom Williams and Cooper Johnson tied with low rounds of 80 on Wednesday afternoon as Middletown High School beat Healdsburg 334-375 in a non-conference golf match at Tayman Park in Healdsburg.

Middletown squared its season record at 1-1 in the process.

The four low individual rounds for each team count toward the final score. Along with Williams and Cooper, Bohdi Moore carded a round of 85 and Blake Costlow added a 89 for Middletown. Jackson Conley finished with a 92. The Mustangs have road matches scheduled Thursday against Analy, weather permitting, and Monday at Windsor.

Middletown opens its Coastal Mountain Conference South schedule March 16 on its home course of HIdden Valley Lake. The match was previously scheduled for Adams Springs Golf Course on Cobb Mountain but was moved to Hidden Valley Lake because of wet course conditions at Adams Springs,
