LAKE COUNTY— Significant rainfall and extreme weather conditions which prompted the state of California to declare state of emergency in 13 counties and which brought back-to-back winter storms, resulted in ample problems in the region. In Lake County, one aftermath of the storms is the formation of large potholes found throughout a myriad of roads, resulting in difficulties for motorists and property owners, as well as local residents. These are but a few examples of impacted infrastructure and gigantic potholes found in many county roads in Clearlake and Kelseyville. (Photos by Ariel Carmona Jr-Lake County Publishing.)
