LOWER LAKE — Edwin Castellanos, Anthony Garcia and Lorena Inong scored two goals apiece Thursday as Konocti beat Upper Lake 9-0 in co-ed middle school soccer play Thursday at Lower Lake High School.
Konocti built a 3-0 halftime lead on two goals by Castellanos and another by Inong. The Rams pulled away in the second half, getting two goals from Garcia and single goals from Inong, Eduardo Calderon, Daniel Fernandez and Angel Cuevas. Calderon also had an assist.
Konocti returns to action Tuesday against Mountain Vista at Kelseyville. Action begins at 4 p.m.
