LAKE COUNTY— The Lake County Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the Lake County Record-Bee, will host a series of candidate forums for three supervisorial seats slated to appear on the March 5, 2024 election ballot.
These forums aim to provide voters an opportunity to engage directly with candidates, learn about their vision for the future, and gain an understanding of their perspective on crucial issues.
Each candidate will have the opportunity to make an opening statement, answer questions from the designated moderator and the attendees, and finish with closing remarks.
The forums will take place from 6 pm to 8 pm in each of the three supervisorial districts.
- District 1: Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 at the Calpine Visitor’s Center in Middletown
- District 4: Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024 at the Board of Supervisors Chambers in Lakeport
- District 5: Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2024 at the Kelseyville High School Student Center in Kelseyville
The community is encouraged to attend the candidate forums to actively participate in the democratic process. All forums will be open to the public, and attendees will have the chance to submit questions for the candidates. Additionally, the events will be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
