The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit (LNU) has announced that effective Wednesday, May 1 all hazard reduction burning will require a permit in the counties of Colusa, Lake, Napa, Solano, Sonoma and Yolo.
