The Board of Governors of the Hidden Valley Lake Community Service District met in public session on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the CSD offices on Hartmann Road. The board unanimously voted to approve the preliminary budget proposed by staff. The budget showed balance between revenues and expenditures realized through the 2020 approved 54 percent rate increase over five years that will finalize in the 2024-25 fiscal year with a 9 percent hike for HVL residential customers hitting on July 1, 2024.
