The Middletown Area Town Hall monthly meeting took place on Thursday evening Aug. 8 in the Middletown Library. Izzy Konopa, P.E. Project Manager for Caltrans – District 1 outlined the $48 million investment coming to the Highway 29 South Corridor project.
