On September 3 the Lake County Board of Supervisors will look to approve the Lotusland Maha resort “ultra-luxury” development at Guenoc Valley. The Board will allow three-minutes of public comment per person, then Jud and Connie Hodges and Bill and Gail Wright will have no further recourse to the progress of the 16,000-acre project.
