This week’s Judge’s Breakfast in Clearlake was hosted by District 2 Supervisor Bruno Sabatier, acting as moderator for the Clearlake City Council Candidate open forum. The forum included incumbent David Claffey, Tara Downey, Brett D. Freeman, Incumbent Joyce Overton, Incumbent Russell Perdock, James Rivera and Mary Wilson. Jessica Hooten is also running but was not present at the forum. There are three city council seats available.
