US judge bars Border Patrol from some warrantless arrests of suspected undocumented residents

The ACLU said border patrol agents spent nearly a week unconstitutionally detaining people who “appeared to be farmworkers or day laborers, regardless of their actual immigration status or individual circumstances.”
