Director of the Tobacco Program for the Lake County Public Heath Department Liberty Francis spoke on Thursday at the Judge’s Breakfast in Clearlake. During her presentation she focused on tobacco waste and how often children are exposed to smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco products.
