
KELSEYVILLE>> Over 2,000 Lake County residents reveled on Main Street in Kelseyville Sunday during the 7th annual Beer, Wine and Swine Baconfest. Held annually during Father’s Day, the event features some of the best chefs around. This year’s celebration featured a record 20 chefs competing for grilling and cooking supremacy while crafts and other food vendors also participated, including the Good Ol’ Boys Motorcycle club, Lake Event Design and Catering, Red’s at the Skyroom, which took the People’s Choice Award, and had served over 900 people before late afternoon, Henny Penny Catering Company who handed out her 1st place Bacon infused profiterole with a Bourbon, vanilla bean pastry cream topped with a butter bourbon glaze and candied bacon during the event. They took the title of “best Lake County” Bacon Chef Master of 2025.
Lots of craft vendors brought their best offerings and lined Main Street during the Show and Shine car show from Delinquentes Car Club displaying vehicles in front of Lady Luck Garage while a GOB (Good Ol’ Boys) Bike Show displayed at the other end of the street.
