Immigrant kids detained in ‘unsafe and unsanitary’ sites as Trump team seeks to end protections

Children are being held in ICE facilities such as tents, airports and offices for up to several weeks despite the agency’s written policy saying people generally should not be held in its custody longer than 72 hours.
